This document constitutes part of the Standard Terms, as provided for by clauses 1.6 and 1.7 of the Framework Agreement for Data Center Services or the Framework agreement for Cloud Services (the “Framework Agreement”, Linxdatacenter Framework Agreement” or the “Agreement”) made between the Customer and Linx and sets the rules for classifying information as Confidential Information, as well as the obligations of the Parties to keep confidential information as well as personal data processing applicable to the relations of the Parties during the supply of Services.
