Use of materials is subject to approval and fees may be charged for use. Please complete the form and return to EWU Archives through email or mail. We will send you an invoice, if any charges apply. EWU Archives reserves the right to refuse permission to individuals based on limitations imposed on a collection by a donor, failure to comply with the terms of a previous use permission agreement, or failure to comply with university policies.
