This class action settlement agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into as of April 3, 2019 by and among Francis Woodrow (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of the class of persons he seeks to represent (the “Settlement Class” defined below), and Sagent Auto, LLC d/b/a Sagent Lending Technologies and any of its predecessor entities from July 2014 through the present1 (“Defendant”). This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle this Action (defined below) and the Released Claims (defined below) with prejudice, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to the final approval of the Court.
