The Hirer agrees to pick up the equipment from the nearest depot on the day of the commencement of this hire agreement (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing with the Owners). The same method is to be applied at the conclusion of this hire agreement for the return to the Owners of the hired equipment.
