This Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or “Agreement”),1 dated as of May 24, 2023, is entered into between Plaintiffs, Emily Evans and Caitlin Hassett, on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class on the one hand, and Defendant, Church & Dwight Co., Inc. on the other hand. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the Action, subject to a Final Approval Order entered by the Court.
