This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective May 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas A&M University System (hereafter referred to as “TAMUS”), an agency of the state of Texas, and Morningside Research and Consulting, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “PROVIDER”). TAMUS and PROVIDER are sometimes hereafter referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively).
