If no rate is specified in this Agreement or Exhibit for any ancillary, auxiliary or accessorial service(s), such service shall be deemed to be included in the applicable base or line haul rate, set forth within this Agreement and Exhibit(s), and no additional charge may be made. The following charges are approved charges which can be applied to the contracted business by and between Shipper and Carrier These charges apply to all full truckload shipments, with an origin and destination within the United States and with an origin within the United States and a destination in Canada. For Carriers delivering with an origin within the United States and with a Canadian destinations the following charges will be billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Example: Out of route mileage for shipments with destination within the United States will be billed $1.45 per mile in USD and shipments with destination in Canada will be billed $1.45 per mile in CAD.
