Direct Energy Business, LLC (“DEB”) will supply Your (“You,” the Customer) natural gas as delivered by Your local distribution company (“LDC”). This CORE CUSTOMER NATURAL GAS SERVICE AGREEMENT, by and between DEB and You, together with the Core Customer Natural Gas Service Agreement Confirmation and supplemental agreements (defined below) which is incorporated herein by reference, constitute the agreement ( together “Agreement”) between You and DEB. DEB and You are each sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
