The purpose of this Collective Agreement is to provide orderly collective bargaining relations between the Company and its Employees covered by this Collective Agreement through the Union, to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances and to secure the efficient operation of the Company’s business without interruption or interference with work. It is recognized by this Collective Agreement to be the desire of the Company, the Union and the Employees to co- operate fully for the advancement of the said conditions.
