The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and Werkhaus GmbH, a limited liability company formed under the laws of Germany (the “Registry Operator”) agree, effective as of _ , that this Specification 13 shall be annexed to the parties’ 17 April 2014 Registry Agreement (“Agreement”) for the .bauhaus top-level domain (the “TLD”), and shall continue to apply for so long as the TLD meets the requirements of the definition of a .Brand TLD as set forth herein below.
