The general purpose of this Agreement is in the mutual interest of the employer and the employee to provide for the operation of the plant under methods which will further to the fullest extent possible the safety and welfare of the employees, including hours, wages and other conditions of employment, economy of operations, quality and quantity of output, cleanliness of plant and protection of property. This Agreement represents the full and complete Agreement between the parties and it is understood and agreed that any subject matter not referred to in this Agreement shall not be open for negotiations during the term of the Agreement except as the parties mutually agree.
