THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2024, by and between the City of Cheyenne, Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization, hereinafter referred to as the “MPO”, and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Consultant.” The City of Cheyenne is acting as the agent of the MPO for the contract administration and as the MPO’s Fiscal Manager in accordance with Contract #_6111_.
