Nurses who have completed thirteen (13) or more years of continuous service shall receive an annual vacation of five (5) weeks with pay at their regular rate. The first four (4) weeks shall be allotted to a nurse on a consecutive basis, and the fifth week at a time acceptable to the Hospital.
