To determine your PPI status we will submit your PPI check request to your lender via their pre-submission process. If no PPI is found, we will advise you of this, the case will be closed and there will be no charge to you. If the lender confirms that PPI was or may have been present we will call you with a view to submitting a formal complaint to the lender, and explain the next steps in the process. The decision is yours on whether you authorise Money Management Team to carry out the complaint on your behalf.By agreeing to submit a formal complaint you are agreeing to the PPI Claim terms and conditions shown below.
