Effective September 9, 2013, Road Home Corporation, d/b/a/ Louisiana Land Trust (“LLT”) and HƯNG ĐẠO Community Development Corporation (“HƯNG ĐẠO”) enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) regarding the demolition, conveyance and community use of property at 4300 Sullen Place in Lower Algiers, New Orleans.
