This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (referred to as MOU) is made and entered into on this Date: 14th September 2021 between the DMI (Disaster Management Institute), Bhopal-462016 [herein after called DMI/First Party] an Autonomous Institution of the Government of Madhya Pradesh on one hand and the Barkatullah University, Bhopal having its Head Office at Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal (herein after called BU/Second Party) on the other hand (who for the purpose of this MOU are here in after individually referred to and collectively as ‘PARTIES’).
