This Membership Agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2022 by and between the Green Corridor Property Assessment Clean Energy (PACE) District, a public body corporate and politic (the “Green Corridor”), and City of Belle Isle, Florida, a municipality of the State of Florida (the “City”) (collectively, the “Parties” or either individually being a “Party”) for the purpose of providing a PACE program within the City.
