This Data Protection Addendum ("Addendum") incorporating the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission pursuant to the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 (the “Updated SCCs”) forms part of the Master Services Agreement, including all Services Orders (the “Principal Agreement”) executed by Neustar, Inc., and or one or more of its affiliates/subsidiaries, including Administrative Services, LLC (“Neustar” or “Data Importer”) acting on its own behalf and behalf of the following Neustar Affiliates: Aggregate Knowledge, LLC; Data Solutions Services, LLC; MarketShare Holdings, Inc.; MarketShare EMEA, Ltd.; MarketShare Partners, LLC; Neustar Information Services, Inc.; Neustar Data Infotech India Pvt Ltd. (each a “Neustar Group Member”), and [Company](“Company” or “Data Exporter”) (each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
