The Property includes approximately 0.68 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Number R08916-02-02 In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of March 20, 2018 and any amendments thereto, by 912 Gervais, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
