This Amendment to Existing Agreement(s) (“Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the date of Epicor’s acceptance of Customer’s completed assessment titled “Data Interchange-Amendment to Incorporate Revised EU SCCs” through OneTrust (Effective Date) by and between Data Interchange Limited and its international affiliates (now an Epicor Software Corporation group company) (together and/or individually “Data Interchange”) and the undersigned Customer (“Customer”).
