These Falcon.io Essentials Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you or the entity you represent (“you” or “Customer”) and either Falcon Social, Inc. d/b/a Falcon.io, if you are based in the Americas (“Americas”), or Falcon.io ApS, if you are based in any other territory in the rest of the world (“ROW”), (the applicable entity referred to hereinafter as “Falcon.io”) governing the access and use of Falcon.io’s proprietary software applications hosted at www.falcon.io and related mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) and any other products or services (collectively, together with the Platform, the "Essentials Services") provided by Falcon.io to the Customer and any authorized individuals engaged by the Customer to use the Essentials Services on the Customer’ behalf (each, a “User” and collectively, “Users”) in connection with your subscription plan (“Plan”).
