This Second Amendment to Electric Utility Franchise Agreement (“Amendment”) is entered into between the City of Austin, Texas, acting through its municipal electric utility, Austin Energy (“AE”), and the City of Lakeway, Texas (“the City”), both collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
