Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”),1 ISO New England Inc.2 (the “ISO”) and New England Power Company dba National Grid (“NEP”) (together, the “Filing Parties”) 3 hereby respectfully submit this transmittal letter and a fully executed, but non- conforming, four-party Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“Interconnection Agreement”) by and among the ISO as the System Operator, NEP as the Interconnecting Transmission Owner, SouthCoast Wind Energy LLC (“Interconnection Customer”) as the Interconnection Customer, and Somerset Wind Link LLC (“Gen Lead Owner”) as the entity that will own certain Interconnection Facilities through which SouthCoast Wind’s Large Generating Facility will interconnect to the Administered Transmission System.
