(“Vendor”) for HGST and SanDisk-brand products. The customer that purchases support or professional services (“Customer”) accepts this Agreement by any of the following: submitting an order that Vendor accepts, accepting this Agreement at the time of registration or receiving Support or Professional Services. The person accepting this Agreement for Customer represents that he or she has the authority to bind Customer to this Agreement.
