This Class, Collective, and PAGA Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiffs James Cato and Richard Thorne (“Plaintiffs”) and defendants Huntington Ingalls Incorporated and HII Fleet Support Group, LLC (“Defendants”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendants collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
