Affiliate: any entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common ownership with a Party; Contract: a written agreement and/or the Order for the purchase of Goods and/or Services by Customer from Supplier which shall incorporate by reference these Hitachi Energy GTC, and any other documents submitted by Customer to form part thereof, such as but without limitation to any specifications (which shall include any Supplier specifications where Customer agrees to use, or places Order relying on, such specifications);
