The County and the PCBC agree that the relationship between the entities exists to generally facilitate and support the work being done in economic, workforce, and business development within the County. This relationship involves the commitment of public funds from the County to the PCBC on a year-to-year basis. The County acknowledges that its role in economic development is unique when compared to municipalities, non-profits, and other organizations that have more tools at their disposal.
