(the “EDC” and together with the City and the Commission, the “City Bodies”) and HG Hart Maple Del LLC, an Indiana limited liability company duly registered with the Office of the Indiana Secretary of State, or its assignee or designee as provided under this Agreement (the “Developer” and together with the City Bodies, the “Parties”).
