This Agreement includes and incorporates the terms and conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions") together with the IO (as defined below) agreed between us and you, and the Data Processing Agreement in Appendix A. In addition, if you are operating in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil and other Latin American Countries the terms in Appendix B are included and incorporated into the Agreement (such country-specific terms being the "Specific Terms")
