This Agreement (“Agreement”) provides the terms and conditions on which ICE Futures U.S., Inc. (“Exchange”) grants the undersigned Person (“Authorized Person”) access and use of the system known as ICEBLOCK (“Service”) for the purpose of entering Exchange authorized exchange for physical transactions (“EFP”), exchange for swaps transactions (“EFS”), block transactions (“Blocks”) and any such other transactions as the Exchange may permit from time to time utilizing the Service (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Authorized Exchange Transactions”).
