Unless Australia Post Global eCommerce Solutions (AUST) PTY Limited ACN 612 954 784 (APG) and a Client have a separate written agreement setting out the terms and conditions for any Service, the terms and conditions set out below (the Conditions) exclusively set out the rights and obligations between APG and the Client in respect of any Services supplied by APG and shall be deemed to be a condition of any agreement between the Client and APG (the Agreement). No amendment or variation to these Conditions can be made unless made in writing and duly executed by an executive officer of APG.
