Term. The term of this Agreement shall be (i) one year, (ii) one month, or (iii) other. Such term shall commence as of the date set forth above and shall terminate upon the expiration of such period, unless Customer confirms prior to the term’s expiration, via email, its intention to renew this Agreement for a renewal term upon the same terms and conditions. Customer acknowledges its contact email/contact person is an authorized representative of Customer who can bind Customer to this Agreement and any renewal elections.
