This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of the United States. You and FieldEquip agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts of Houston in Texas in any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act do not apply to this Agreement.
