Considering that the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands of the Netherlands and the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates have met on 22 March 2022, to exchange views, to share their national strategies on decarbonisation and clean hydrogen, and to start a structured dialogue that will allow common interests and priorities to be identified in order to achieve a partnership for collaboration and joint efforts in the future in this regard;
