In follow up to our earlier conversation, TranTech Engineering, LLC (TranTech) has entered into an agreement to sell its assets, including our agreement for professional services, to David Evans and Associates, Inc. (“DEA”). The closing date and completion of the sale is scheduled for September 1, 2024. Following completion of the sale, TranTech will no longer perform any professional services but will transition its projects and integrate its people into DEA. Your project(s) will continue to be managed by the same TranTech staff that you know and trust. In addition, you and the TranTech team will have access to a wider range of resources and expertise through the breadth of services provided by DEA.
