This Agreement Regarding Dial-a-Ride Services Operating and Administrative Cost-sharing is made as of the date of the last party signing below by and among the Humboldt Transit Authority, a joint powers public agency of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “HTA”), the City of Arcata, a municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “ARCATA”), the County of Humboldt, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”), and the Humboldt County Association of Governments, a joint powers public agency of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “HCAOG”). This Agreement is effective July 1, 2021.
