The University of Toronto, represented by Woodsworth College, and Masarykova univerzita, Brno (hereinafter Masaryk University), represented by the Office for International Studies, having already organized together three International Summer Programs in Central Europe (in 2004, 2005 and 2006), agree to continue organizing such programs in future, beginning with summer 2007. The parties' individual responsibilities for the summer programs, as well as other arrangements for the programs, are as follows.
