This constitutes the entire contract between the Freelancer and Gravity Media (Australia) Pty Limited, trading as Gravity Media (“Gravity Media”) and supersedes and replaces any previous agreement between the parties that the Freelancer and Gravity Media may have entered into relating to the provision of the Freelancer's work to Gravity Media (which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent).
