These Text Messaging Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) govern the use of the text messaging services (including any and all ancillary services, software and documentation, collectively, the “Service”) provided by CSI Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CSI”) and are supplemental and in addition to the Service Agreement available at http://daxko.com/csi-service-agreement and the (password: allt*getherbetter1998). This Agreement is a binding agreement between (i) CSI, (ii) you, the individual end user of the Service (“Customer User”) and (iii) each owner and/or operator of a club, gym or other entity that has been authorized by CSI to provide services to the Customer User with respect to the Services (“Customer”). The Service is licensed, not sold, to Customer and each Customer User.
