Approve the Three-Party Escrow Agreement between the FDOT, Pasco County and Florida Department of Financial Services to establish the escrow account for the construction of the SR 52 and N. Sunlake Boulevard/Rhombus Court Intersection Improvements as part of the SR 52 reconstruction project from east of Suncoast Parkway to east of US Hwy 41. Authorize the Chairman to execute two originals of the Agreement and direct Board Records to distribute, as set forth under the Distribution section below.
