DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM NETWITNESS TO PROVIDERData Processing Addendum • July 29th, 2024
NetWitness and Provider have entered into a Provider Agreement under which Provider may Process NetWitness Data in connection with the provision of Solutions. This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) governs Provider’s Processing of NetWitness Data and shall form part of and be incorporated by reference into the Provider Agreement. At all times during the term of the Provider Agreement, or after the term if Provider retains access to NetWitness Data, Provider shall, and shall cause its Representatives and Subprocessors to, comply with this DPA. In the event of a conflict between the DPA and the Provider Agreement, this DPA shall prevail.
