This CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“Extension”) is made this 30th day of September, for the purpose of extending the (“Master Contract Agreement”) known as contract number 21.4 - RGS, dated October 1, 2020, by and between Really Good Stuff, LLC (“Vendor”), located at PO Box 1111, Shelton, CT 06484, and the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (“CPC”, located at 1001 E. Mount Faith Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, (collectively, the “Parties”).
