This Grant Agreement is made by and between the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") and the recipient ("Grantee") identified in block 7 of the cover sheet ("Cover Sheet") of this Grant Agreement (Form HUD-1044). The Grantee received a HOPE VI Revitalization grant in fiscal year 1999, for the public housing development that is the subject of this Grant Agreement ("Development"), and which is identified in block 16 of the Cover Sheet.
