In lieu of submission of an erosion and sediment control plan for the construction of this land-disturbing project, I/being the Responsible Party signed below agree to comply with Erosion and Sediment Control requirements administered by Southampton County, Community Development Office. Such requirements are based on the Southampton County Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance and represent the Department of Environmental Quality minimum standard practices necessary to provide adequate control of erosion and sedimentation on/or during project operations.
