The present terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as, the "Terms") constitute an agreement between Telefonica Digital España S.L.U, bearing identification code B-83.188.953 and with registered office at calle Gran Vía nº 28, 28013, Madrid (also named "ElevenPaths") and You (as an individual or a legal entity) with respect to the use of the hired service DIARIO (hereinafter also, the "Service" or "DIARIO"), by yourself.
