Please review the following Student User Agreement with your child, which acknowledges reading of both LVA’s Acceptable Use and Internet Safety Policy as well as LVA’s Electronic Devices Policy. Both policies can be found at www.lvacademy.org, under Forms and Notices. This signed agreement must be on file and is valid for the duration of your child’s enrollment in LVA from kindergarten to 6th grade, until replaced by another form or revoked in writing by a parent or guardian. A new Student User Agreement must be signed upon entry to grades K, 4, 7, and again upon entry to grade 11.
