Party desires to execute a SEAM Membership Agreement and elects to participate as a Participant in the SEAM “Life of Field” Project (hereinafter “SEAM Project”) and the activities as more particularly described in Article 2 below, with SEAM and with other signatories to a SEAM Membership Agreement (referred to as "other Parties"), and shall have all the rights, privileges and liabilities afforded this type of participation as defined herein. In consideration of its participation in SEAM Project with SEAM and other Parties, the undersigned Party hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:
