Total people in renting party consists of Adults and not to exceed 6 people at any given time or can lead to imidiate eviction without any refound. Management must be notified in advance of the arrival of any visitors. All guest are required to share government photo I.D. prior to check in. Paid guests are offered the privelges of using the cottage facilities and area. These privileges cannot be extended to any visiting guests at any time.
