WHEREAS, the Moore County Board of Education ("Buyer") hereby agrees to purchase, and Knollwood Partners, LLC ("Seller") hereby agrees to sell and convey a portion and to donate and convey a portion of that parcel of land described as being Parcel ID 00991753, Tax Map Book 2952, Page 233, Moore County, North Carolina, consisting of approximately thirty-six (36) acres located on Camp Easter Road as illustrated in Exhibit A, the exact location to be jointly agreed upon by Buyer and Seller, together with all improvements located thereon, and all appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining, and all right, title and interest which seller may have in all creeks, streams, rights-of-way, roads, streets and ways bounding said property (the "Property"). Property as used herein shall refer to the entire 36-acre tract. The purchased tract shall be referred to as “Purchased Property,” and the donated tract shall be referred to as “Donated Property.”
