This Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of 1. August 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is made between Amazon.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Amazon.com”), and The Ministry of Economic Affairs & Communications of Estonia (“Company”). In connection with the parties’ commercial relationship or discussions about a possible relationship or transaction (the “Relationship”), each party may receive confidential information from the other party. Accordingly, Amazon.com and Company hereby agree as follows:
